Charanga was founded in 1991 by the business group Charanga S.L. with the aim of offering quality children's fashion and vertical distribution. Thus, Charanga has become one of the leading children's fashion brands in Spain.

Charanga is based on a brand philosophy oriented towards the concept of "Charanga store", also betting on the development of a pioneering franchising system in children's fashion. Charanga currently has more than 230 stores worldwide, including Charanga stores, franchises and corners in large shopping centers such as El Corte Inglés.

The headquarters are located in the Andalusia Technology Park (PTA) in Malaga, with a total area of more than 28,000 m2. The main departments of the company work there, such as Design and Pattern Making, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Expansion, IT, Decoration and Construction or Administration.
